What this website does not do
- It doesn’t set cookies of its own.
- It doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools of any kind.
- It doesn’t send anything you type to our server, because it doesn’t have one that receives forms.
The booking form
The booking form only writes a message on your own phone or computer. When you press “Continue in WhatsApp”, the message opens in WhatsApp and nothing is sent until you press send there. After that, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to the conversation, as it does to any WhatsApp message.
The map
The map at the bottom of each page is provided by Google Maps. It only loads when you scroll near it, and when it does, Google may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. The site doesn’t use it to track you, and links to Google Maps open Google’s own website.
Your dental records
Records made at the clinic (your medical history, notes, X-rays and treatment plans) are confidential. They are used only for your care and are not shared without your consent, except where the law requires it. You can ask to see or have a copy of your records at any time.
Hosting
Like any website, the company that hosts this site keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep it running and secure. We don’t use them to identify visitors.
